Queen/Empress Eclipse says goodbye

This is my theory, I believe that Queen/Empress Eclipse split her soul into two, to make both Celestia and Luna, and left them in the care of her closest friend(Ancestor of Cadence) and she raised them into the princesses we know, though, obviously they died. (Since we know they are over 1000 years old)
Anyways, my theory gives them no fathers, as if they'd had one, I don't think Luna would have become nightmare moon. I also think if they had a dad, they wouldn't have the same one.

*Eclipses, cutie makes is a black circle, with silver flecks coming from the edges. The inside is the pattern of red and yellow(mane and tail) with a crescent moon on the right side of the black circle.
